Panchavayu Yogasana
Every breath, thought, and movement is guided by the Vayus — the five subtle flows that power both body and mind. When these currents fall out of rhythm, imbalance appears as fatigue, restlessness, or disconnection.
Panchavayu Yogasana helps you bring them back to balance — naturally, gently, and deeply.
Panchavayu Yogasana is a yogic process designed to regulate the five vital forces — Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana and Vyana.
Each governs a specific function of your body and mind, from ingestion of food to clarity of thought.
When these five are in harmony, your entire system functions in quiet synchrony — leading to physical vitality, emotional stability, and inner stillness.
