Pancharadhana

Pancharadhana is a classical yogic sadhana rooted in the understanding that the human body is a living arrangement of the Pancha Mahabhutas — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. In yogic science, stability and well-being depend on the coherence of these five elements within the system. When their balance weakens, it may show up in ordinary but disruptive ways: disturbed sleep, constant mental agitation, digestive imbalance, emotional reactivity, or a subtle sense of internal instability. Rather than addressing these symptoms separately, Pancharadhana works at the elemental foundation, restoring balance where these imbalances originate.
this disciplined practice creates the conditions for the body’s inherent intelligence to reorganize itself. It is not a symbolic ritual or a quick-fix technique, but a structured method that builds elemental stability over time. The aim is not dramatic experience, but grounded clarity — a steady body, a composed mind, and balanced responses in daily life.

Anyone who completed Vikasa, Shiva meditation and Panchavayu Yogasana and are within the age limit of 13 – 70 years of age can do this.

There is nothing to teach theoretically here that can be followed. But it contains the processes that can be experienced once in a lifetime and whose experiences lasts a life time, if properly followed.

– Completion of VIKASA program along with SHIVA MEDITATION is a must.
– Sadhana at least 21 days prior to the program
– A Home work that would be provided along with the instructions once registered.

There is no particular age limit for the Program. Anyone from the age of 13 years to 80 years with minimum physical fitness can attend.

Yes, it requires minimum basic health standards and a prior experience of VIKASA and a basic sadhana of at least 21 days.

No companion other than the participant is allowed into the process.  
Currently it is available only in English and Kannada.  
SAMADHI is a complete 3 day course, with sattvic food and accommodation. This program requires a basic physical fitness and sadhana.  
The process and experience offered by Guruji are priceless. Only the expenses that are required for the preparation and execution of the program are taken by Shoonya foundation.
There is a 30% discount for all the students, doctors, Soldiers, Police cadet and social servants.
Unless you have had major surgery that can impact your mobility. Or very severe injuries or pregnancy,  everyone can attend the program.
Yes if you are healthy enough to attend the program and you are sufficiently able to do all the kriyas, you can happily attend the SAMADHI. It will be equally effective even on your menstruation.
