Nagaradhana

Have you ever felt like something within you keeps repeating… no matter how much you try to change? Like you’re stuck in emotional loops, life situations, or ways of reacting?

What you’re experiencing isn’t just habit. It’s karma—not as punishment, but as deep energy patterns formed over lifetimes. These patterns live within our energy system, flowing through the nadis, the subtle channels in the body. Over time, they shape how we feel, think, and even how life responds to us.

Nagaradhana is a sacred yogic process that helps you break free from those patterns—so your energy is no longer limited by the past. It reconnects you with something far deeper: the universal life force that is always flowing, always free.

What is Nagaradhana?

Have you ever felt like something within you keeps repeating…

Nagaradhana means worship or honoring of the Naga—the serpent, the symbol of awakened energy within us.

But it’s not just about ritual. It’s a two-part journey:

1. Through the Body – Yogic Asanas

We begin by preparing the body through gentle yet powerful yogic postures. These asanas awaken the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine and bring balance to the Ida and Pingala nadis (the moon and sun energies). When balanced, your energy begins to rise through the Sushumna nadi—the central channel of spiritual growth.

Your system becomes alive, open, and ready for transformation.

2. Through the Heart – Aradhana of the Naga

The Naga, often shown as two serpents entwined, represents your inner energy network. During Nagaradhana, we turn inward—not to worship something outside—but to connect deeply with our own energy system, with reverence and awareness.

The snake around Shiva’s neck isn’t just a symbol—it’s a message. To walk the spiritual path, we need fearlessness. This process awakens that quality within you. The more you connect, the more courage and clarity arise—naturally.

Why it Matters?

As these inner patterns begin to break down:

* You feel lighter, clearer, more grounded
* Old fears begin to lose their grip
* You stop reacting from the past, and start responding from presence
* Life begins to flow more effortlessly, more joyfully
* You touch a space within that feels deeply free

Nagaradhana isn’t about becoming something else.

It’s about recognising who you are—beyond the patterns, beyond the past.

It’s about letting your energy rise and dance with the universe.
